This Peppermint & Pine Room Spray is incredibly simple to make and the refreshing scent helps fight mental exhaustion and other seasonal stressors – plus lets face it, peppermint and pine instantly make me think of candy canes and Christmas trees. Made with just three natural ingredients, this toxin-free blend is free from the unnecessary chemicals and synthetic fragrances (often found in other sprays) that can lurk dangerously in the air and on surfaces after spritzing.

Ingredients & Materials

1 c. distilled water

15 drops peppermint essential oil

10 drops pine essential oil

8 oz. bottle with spray nozzle (glass or metal is preferable)


  1. Pour water into spray bottle and add essential oils.
  2. Shake bottle vigorously and then let sit for two hours to blend.
  3. Prior to each use, shake bottle.
