Tips for a Happy & Healthy Pregnancy
For a woman, or at least for us, being pregnant is one of the most extraordinary feelings in the entire world. Since your body is not only supporting you, but also a growing life, it’s extra important to pay attention to what you’re putting in – and on – your body. Here are some of our favorite natural tips for a happy and healthy nine months:
- Ginger is fantastic for morning sickness and upset stomachs; cut raw ginger into slices and steep in hot water to create a soothing tea (see video below).
- Peppermint Oil can ease heartburn and anxiety, so rub it on your pulse points when you feel those mommy-worries creeping up on you.
- Roman Chamomile and Jojoba Oil are excellent for full-body massages to ease achy muscles – time to put your partner to work!
