All domestic and International retail orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days via USPS or UPS. All International orders are shipped via USPS.
How will my order be shipped?
Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS.
How long will it take to ship?
Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from date of purchase. Please allow 24 hours for your order to process. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. NOTE: International order may take up to two weeks for delivery depending upon country of delivery (i.e., customs processing).
Does Indielee.com ship to P.O. Boxes?
Indielee.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Refunds
Indie Lee & Co. will gladly accept returns on indielee.com orders within 14 days. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return any item in your order from www.indielee.com.
Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via Fed Ex, UPS or insured Parcel Post from the USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. Indie Lee & Co. is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and indielee.com order number.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We only accept returns for items purchased through www.indielee.com. If you purchased an indielee item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
Placing an Order
How do I order online?
1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, choose “add to cart.”
2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on “continue shopping” or “checkout.”
3. When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”.
4. We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.
What credit cards do you accept?
Indie Lee & Co. accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept checks or money orders.
The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer “back orders” for products that are not available at the time your order is placed.
I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
How much is the sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to New York (where our Corporate Office and Warehouse are located.) If your order is being shipped to any other destination in the U.S., sales tax will not be charged. Sales tax charges are based upon the state where your order is being shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.
