Apple, Pomegranate and Lemon Chia Pudding Recipe (Yum!)

Today, we're sharing a fun breakfast option: Apple, Pomegranate and Lemon Chia Pudding! This one is inspired by our new Superfruit Facial Cream, focused on radiance from the inside, out.

Apple Pomegranate and Lemon Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup chia seeds
  • 1 ¾ Cup almond milk
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut milk
  • Zests of one lemon (ideally organic)
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla bean powder
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Peeled apple (shredded)
  • 2 Medjool dates (pitted)

Directions:

Place chia seeds in a bowl and set aside. In a blender, blend the almond milk, coconut milk, vanilla and pitted dates until mixed well. Stir in the shredded apple and lemon zests to blended contents. Next, pour contents over the chia seeds and mix well. Let stand for at least 15 minutes before mixing again and serving in bowls, mini cups or glass of your choice.
