Immortelle

Family Asteraceae. Sometimes called the Curry plant due to the strong scent of its leaves. This plant grows on dry, rocky ground to a height of about a foot, and produces small, yellow flowers. Immortelle extract is created through solvent extraction of the fresh flowers which are rich in flavoinoids and acetephenones. Geography: Native to the Mediterranean.
