- Absolutely. Apply a small amount onto a wet cotton pad and wipe over the eyes before rinsing off. You can also use the Brightening Cleanser to clean makeup off your brushes and, if you leave this cleanser on your skin for 10 - 15 minutes, before rinsing it off it acts as a gentle, effective brightening and exfoliating mask.
