"I’ve use this product for many years ever since I read an article about the founder of Indie Lee in Martha Stewart magazine. The only problem I’ve had in the recent past is that the tube that brings the cream out of the pump once the cream reaches like a 3/4 inch at the bottom it doesn’t bring it up anymore and it’s a pain so that could be improved."

"I was on the fence about purchasing this product at first bc I like the Soothing Cleanser more than the Brightening Cleanser and I know the Brightening Cream is supposed to go hand in hand with its pairing cleanser. However, I've been pleasantly surprised with this product as my skin loves it and it DOES pair well with the Soothing Cleanser for my skin. This will definitely be a repeat purchase for me. It also has been pairing well with the Bronzing Drops. It's light, moisturizing and improved my skin texture and barrier."

Great but weird smell

"I ordered the brightening cleanser, the CoQ-10 toner, and this brightening cream. I LOVE the other two, and like this one but it's not love haha. I feel like it's been helping some of my dark spots fade, and I really like the glass bottle. (One of my favorite things about Indie Lee is their use of so much glass and metal instead of plastic so PLEASE keep doing that!!!!) Anyway, my only complaint about this cream is the smell. It just has such a strong off-putting scent when applied and I guess I'm sensitive to it. Other than that it's great!"

Is this product made without licorice root?
