"The toner is really nice. The bottle is glass not plastic which I find great. My one flaw is the pump sprayer, which does work well , however my design would have had a little raised area so I could tell where was the hole for the spray to come out. It’s not immediate apparent."

Toner has changed
"Like others, I’ve been using this toner daily for many years (8-10!). With my last bottle I noticed a very pungent and different smell with the bottle. It’s strong and nothing like the pleasant, light scent I’ve known well Customer service was very unhelpful when I reached out and said nothing has changed since 2023, but I would argue otherwise (and the other recent reviews confirmed what I’m seeing). Please go back to the original formula! Feel like we’re all being gaslit by Indie Lee."

Formula HAS changed
"Pretty bummed to see that the formula has changed from what it used to be even though you’ve denied this to other consumers. I have also used this toner for years now and loved the dewy feeling it left on my skin. I believe it may be the source for skin randomly breaking out all the time now. It is very drying now with the addition of grapefruit and orange peel oils and natural fragrances. These ingredients were not listed in the past. I found a photo of the ingredients list that you used to promote the original amazing toner with. I will attach it below. Would greatly appreciate it if you went back to the old formula!"

- Is it normal for my skin to feel somewhat tacky after using this? I feel like I need to rinse my face after using.
- Hi Sam, thanks for your question. The Aloe, Coenzyme Q10, and Hyaluronic Acid in this formula provide hydration and skin softening effects, so depending on your unique, individual skin, the toner may have a slightly "tacky" finish once it dries. (It is not intended to be rinsed off.) Ideally, you would be following it up with moisturizer or an SPF product, so any initial stickiness would not be noticeable once the other products are applied. - hello, i just bought the coq10 toner and i was wondering if there is anything i should avoid using it with, i use a vitamin c serum with vitamin e and ferulic acid, i use a hyaluronic acid serum and a lactic acid peel, those are items i think could potentially be harmful. Would you please be able to help me out.
- There is nothing in your list of products that sounds problematic and I know of customers who use all of those ingredients in the same regimen, but since everyone is different you may want to check with your dermatologist.
- Is there any harm to spraying it directly on your face instead of using a cotton pad? What would the difference be? I just don't want to waste pads.

The only difference between using a cotton pad and spraying directly on your face (without swiping with a cotton pad) is that you will not benefit from removing excess dirt, sweat, sunscreen, etc. with the cotton pad. If you do not want to waste cotton pads, you can buy reusable, washable pads. I hope this helps.
