"This was the 3rd time I've ordered this and although I love this product the packaging is terrible. The last two times the little plastic needle broke on the cap. This is terrible when traveling as it spills all over the cap wasting product. I wish they would update the cap. I likely won't be order it again for this reason"

Disappointed in the tube redesign.

"I love this eye serum, but the redesign of the tube and cap is a miss for me. The pin bent and broke off, so now the serum spills out, especially when I travel. Looks like I’ll have to find another eye serum, even though I love this formula. It’s too expensive for so much of it to be wasted."

Q&A

With eye serums in the past, I apply a cream over it. Should I do the same with Indie Lee eye serum?
If the appearance of puffiness and dark circles are your key concern then you could use only the I-Waken Eye Serum. If you are also interested in addressing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and other signs of aging around your eyes I recommend using the Restorative Eye Cream as well after the serum. The rule of thumb is to apply products thinnest to thickest so the serum is applied first.

Absolutely! Refrigerating your products is a great way of extending the potency of a product!
Where is a full listing of your ingredients that ARE in each individual product? I'd like to see beyond the list of highlighted ingredients to what else is in your products. I see the listing of ingredients that you are not using but what else is in each product not on the listing for each product? I'm having a difficult time finding.
