Bring back the unscented better one
"I loved the original version of this serum, WITHOUT added scent and rose water. It worked, felt amazing on the skin, and had a hard time finding anything like it! It really seemed to plump my skin and was my favorite essential. Though very pricey for me, I went out of my way to choose it over other products. Then they changed the formula and added a strong scent. I am sensitive to scents, and dislike rose as well. I couldn't tolerate it on my face, and it felt less moisturizing and thinner than the previous version, so not even as good. Such a strong smell too. So disappointing! When I asked customer service, they said they wanted to add more helpful ingredients and make it "smell nice". But the whole formula changed, and rose water is the second ingredient, so it's primary and mainly scented. Not everyone can tolerate that or likes it. Indie Lee is supposed to be clean and health conscious. Why add scent as a primary, for a clean beauty brand and such an expensive item? For the scent sensitive, this is a non option. I had to return the new one I tried. Hope they consider bringing back the better product and removing the added scent."

- Is it really oil free? I love your oil free moisturizer for my acne prone skin but why do the ingredients for this product show oils in it on Nordstrom?
- Hi, I am glad to hear you love our Active Oil Free Moisturizer. The Stem Cell Serum is essential oil free and is recommended for all skin types even acne prone. For your skin type, whenever trying a new product, I recommend patch testing on the side of your cheek for a few days to make sure your skin is receptive to it. - I want to find out if I contaminated my stem cell serum. There is some sediment on the bottom of the bottle. I haven't used much of it. I am thinking the serum shouldn't have sediment on the bottom of the bottle. I am not sure how I contaminated the serum unless the dropper touched my palm when I releasing drops onto my palm before applying it to my face. What is your advice?
- Hi! Don't worry - the sediment at the bottom of the bottle in natural and not caused by contamination of any kind! We recommend shaking the bottle before use to disperse the ingredients at the bottom.

- Unfortunately, we no longer make the Swiss Apple Face Serum. The Stem Cell Serum is an amazing alternative as it also contains stem cells, but features more potent ingredients.
