Thanksgiving: Quiet Gratitude.

This time of year always invites reflection. The pace slows just enough for us to look around and take stock of what matters most. For me, that list always starts with people. My family, my friends, my team, and this incredible community that continues to show up with heart.

Gratitude has been one of my greatest teachers. It does not erase the challenges, but it changes how I move through them. When I was first building this brand, gratitude kept me grounded. It reminded me that even small steps forward are worth celebrating.

After facing major health challenges, gratitude became less of a feeling and more of a practice. It is how I start my mornings, how I end my nights, and how I try to meet each day in between.

People sometimes tell me that I always seem positive (dare I say too positive), but what they don’t always see are the hard days, the moments of fatigue, fear, or frustration that still visit. The truth is, I write these notes not because life is perfect, but because I’ve learned how fragile it can be. Choosing gratitude and positivity is not about ignoring the hard; it is about refusing to let it define me. I show up here as a reminder to myself, and to anyone who needs it, that even after the darkest chapters, there is still light worth noticing.

Lately I have been thinking about the ripple effect gratitude can have. One kind word, one generous act, one thoughtful choice. They all multiply. Whether it is helping someone discover a cleaner way to care for their skin or pausing to appreciate a quiet moment, those small edits add up. They create space for more joy, connection, and meaning.

So as we head into the holiday season, I simply want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for being curious, and for continuing to grow alongside me.

If you have been thinking about restocking your favorites or trying something new, consider this weekend's free shipping a small token of appreciation.

Here's to choosing gratitude in every season!
