Winter Reset, My Way

January always feels a little odd to me. The holidays end, the pace drops, and suddenly the world jumps into resolution mode. If you have been here for any amount of time, you already know I am not interested in reinventing myself every January. I like who I am, imperfect parts included. Besides, the version of me that made it through last year earned a little credit (OK, a LOT of credit).

What I do believe in is checking in with myself. This time of year has a way of revealing what slipped through the cracks. The sleep that got pushed aside. The routines that kept me grounded but somehow drifted. The small habits that make everything run a bit smoother. So I reset. Quietly, without pressure.

My Winter Reset is simple. Water before coffee. A walk even when the air is sharp. Earlier nights. Real meals. And taking care of my skin so winter does not get the last word. None of this is dramatic. It is all doable, which is exactly the point.

And to be honest, I need this moment to breathe because 2026 is already shaping up to be a very big year for the brand. There is a lot on the horizon, a lot I cannot share quite yet, and I want to meet all of it with energy instead of overwhelm. Rest now so I can show up fully later. That feels like the right approach.

January is not about becoming someone new. It is about returning to what supports you, so you are ready for whatever comes next. I am doing that right alongside you.

XO, Indie
