Shipping transit times are provided at checkout as a general estimate and are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

PLEASE NOTE:  Order processing and shipping transit times may be longer during sales or holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

We send shipping notifications via email (and SMS if you subscribed at checkout).  Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab if you don't see these emails in your inbox.

Domestic Orders

For the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer shipping via FedEx Ground Economy or FedEx Home Delivery.  If you wish to ship to a PO Box, be sure to select FedEx Ground Economy as your shipping method.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories, orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

International Orders

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. For all other countries, refer to our Find a Stockist page to find Indie Lee retailers in your region.

Orders shipping to Canada are shipped via FedEx International Economy and may take up to three weeks for delivery, depending on customs processing time. 

Customs fees, such as duties and taxes, are NOT included in your Indie Lee order amount. Customs fees are assessed at the border based on your order details and paid directly to Canadian Customs. If you have questions about customs fees on an order, please contact your local customs authority.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are unable to ship HAZMAT products to Canada. HAZMAT products include Banish Stick, Banish Solution, and Gentle Daily Peel. These items can be purchased from authorized Canadian retailers (see Find a Stockist page). 

All product prices and order totals on IndieLee.com are in USD.

If you're not in love with your products, Contact Us! We're happy to help with application tips, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.

We accept returns for items purchased from IndieLee.com only.  If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy.

Our Return Policy

  • We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery. Even if the product has been opened and used! Icon Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.  
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer.
  • Products purchased via "Subscribe & Save" (subscriptions) are non-returnable. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.
  • Gift cards, and "final sale" items are non-returnable. (Any product purchased at a 40% or more discount is considered "final sale" and cannot be returned.)
  • Customers have the option of returning products for a refund or for Indie Lee store credit. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and for the original amount paid. Store Credit is issued in the form of an Indie Lee Gift Card for the amount paid + a $5 bonus.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping costs that were paid on the original order will be excluded from your refund or credit amount.
  • Amazon Purchases:  To ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend, we have chosen to work with only one Amazon seller (Fortress Brand). To return a product purchased on Amazon, we recommend contacting the seller and/or using Amazon's built-in return process. If the item is non-returnable via Amazon, we offer a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Proof of purchase showing "Sold by" Fortress Brand is required.
