We typically ship orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.
Order processing and shipping transit times may be longer during sales or holidays. While we make every attempt to fulfill orders quickly, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date and do not refund shipping charges due to late delivery.
We send shipping notifications via email (and via SMS if you have subscribed). Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab if you don't see these emails in your inbox.

For the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), we offer various shipping options at checkout. Customers should factor in our 1-3 day order processing time, as well as the estimated shipping transit time, when considering expedited shipping options. Delivery dates provided by carriers are only estimates and are not a guarantee of delivery on or by a certain date.
All transit times are estimated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays):
- FedEx Ground Economy (5-10 business days) - $8.25
- FedEx Home Delivery (2-5 business days) - $14.00
- FedEx 2Day (2 business days) - $17.00
- USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days) - $18.00 (Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico only)
Orders of $50 or more shipping to the contiguous U.S. qualify for free Ground Economy shipping.
If you wish to ship to a PO Box address, be sure to select FedEx Ground Economy as your shipping method.
We currently ship to the U.S., U.S. territories and Canada only. For all other countries, refer to our Stockists page to find Indie Lee retailers in your region.
Shipping to Canada is offered via FedEx International Economy (Air) for $22.00.
Orders shipping to Canada may take up to three weeks for delivery, depending on customs processing time. Customs fees are not included in your Indie Lee order charges. Canadian Customs may assess importing fees, such as duties or additional tax, at their discretion, based on your order details. Customers are responsible for any import-related fees.

- We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Subscriptions, gift cards, limited editions, and products purchased with a 30% or more discount are considered final sale and non-returnable.
- We offer the option of returning for store credit with a $5 bonus or returning for a refund back to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.
- We accept returns for products purchased at www.indielee.com. If you purchased your Indie Lee products from another website or store, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.
