Order Processing

We typically ship within 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Order processing times may be longer during sales or around holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Various shipping options are available at checkout, depending on your shipping destination. If you wish to ship to a PO Box, be sure to select FedEx Ground Economy as your shipping method. 

All transit times are estimated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Shipping transit times and expected delivery dates provided by carriers are only estimates and are not a guarantee of delivery on or by the quoted date.

We send shipping notifications via email (and via SMS if you have subscribed). Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab if you don't see these emails in your inbox. You can also track your order through our Help HubIf your order seems to be lost in transit or is missing, please Contact Us and we'll be happy to investigate.

Products that are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) cannot be shipped via air and are therefore only available for shipment to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). We apologize for any inconvenience.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping via FedEx Ground Economy for:

  • Orders of $75 or more, shipping to the contiguous U.S.
  • Icon Rewards Members (Visit the Rewards page to learn more.)
  • Subscribe & Save orders

International Orders

We currently ship to the U.S., U.S. territories and Canada only.  For all other countries, refer to our Stockists page to find Indie Lee retailers in your region.

All product prices and order totals on IndieLee.com are in USD. 

Shipping to Canada is offered via FedEx International Economy (Air). Customs fees are not included in your Indie Lee order charges. Canadian Customs may assess duties or taxes at their discretion, based on your order details. Customers are responsible for any additional customs charges.

Orders shipping to Canada may take up to three weeks for delivery, depending on the order size and customs processing time.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery. Even if the product has been opened and used! Icon Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.  
  • Return shipping is covered by the customer.
  • We accept returns for items purchased from IndieLee.com only.  If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy.
  • Products purchased via "Subscribe & Save" (subscriptions) are non-returnable. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.
  • Gift cards, and "final sale" items are non-returnable. (Any product purchased at a 40% or more discount is considered "final sale" and cannot be returned.)
  • Customers have the option of returning products for a refund or for Indie Lee store credit. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method, and for the original amount paid. Store Credit is issued in the form of an Indie Lee Gift Card for the amount paid + a $5 bonus.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping costs that were paid on the original order will be excluded from your refund or credit amount.
  • Amazon Purchases:  To ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend, we have chosen to work with only one Amazon seller (Fortress Brand). To return a product purchased on Amazon, we recommend contacting the seller and/or using Amazon's built-in return process. If the item is non-returnable, we offer a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee. Proof of purchase showing "Sold by" Fortress Brand is required.
