What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  We also accept payment via ApplePay (on iOS devices), PayPal, AmazonPay, and Afterpay. 

The product I want is out of stock.  Do you offer rain checks?

We do not allow backordering or offer rain checks for out-of-stock items.  If an item is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications by going to the product page on the website and clicking on the button labeled “Join the Waitlist.”  

What if I want to change an order that I've already placed?

We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed, so be sure to carefully review your order details before completing checkout.  If you order something by mistake, you are welcome to return it for a refund or store credit within 30 days.


Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipping.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Order processing and shipping transit times may be longer during sales or holidays, and we are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date. We appreciate your understanding.

Domestic Orders

Orders of $50 or more that are shipping to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) qualify for free economy shipping. 

Various shipping options are available at checkout.  All transit times are estimated in business days (Monday through Friday). 

If you wish to ship to a PO Box address, be sure to select FedEx Ground Economy as your shipping method.

International Orders

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only.  Orders shipping to Canada may take up to three weeks for delivery, depending on customs processing time.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 
  • Subscriptions, gift cards, limited editions, and products purchased with a 30% or more discount are considered final sale and non-returnable.
  • We accept returns for products purchased at If you purchased your Indie Lee products from another website or store, please contact the retailer directly for assistance.


Amazon Purchases

Indie Lee works hard to ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. For items purchased from Amazon, we offer a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee.  Proof of purchase directly from the Fortress Brand Amazon storefront is required.
