SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing prior to shipping.

Shipping transit times are provided at checkout as a general estimate and are not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

PLEASE NOTE: Order processing and shipping transit times may be longer during sales or holidays. We appreciate your understanding.

We send shipping notifications via email (and SMS if you subscribed at checkout). Be sure to check your spam folder or promotions tab if you don't see these emails in your inbox.

U.S. Orders

For the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states), standard delivery is typically completed by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). For shipping addresses that cannot receive USPS parcels, FedEx Home Delivery is available for an additional charge at checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We do not offer shipping to other outlying U.S. territories at this time.


International Orders

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. For all other countries, refer to our Find a Stockist page to find Indie Lee retailers in your region.

Orders shipping to Canada may take up to four weeks for delivery, depending on customs processing time. Shipping cost is charged at checkout, however, customs fees such as duties and taxes are NOT included in your Indie Lee order total. Customs fees are assessed at the border based on your order details and paid directly to Canadian Customs. If you have questions about customs fees on an order, please contact your local customs authority.

We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) for:


Hazardous Materials

Banish Stick, Banish Solution and Gentle Daily Peel are considered hazardous materials (HAZMAT) due to their alcohol content. HAZMAT products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, or Canada.

Our Subscribe & Save program is available in the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states) only.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS

If you're not in love with your products, Contact Us! We're happy to help with application tips, troubleshooting, and product recommendations.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of order delivery.
Even if it's been opened and used! Icon Rewards Members enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.

We accept returns for items purchased from IndieLee.com only.
If you purchased your products from another retailer, please contact them directly for return and exchange options. Retailer returns are subject to the retailer's own return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Mail-back instructions, if applicable, will be provided after the return form is submitted. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Subscription shipments: Products purchased with the "Subscribe & Save" option are considered final sale. If you're purchasing a product for the first time, we recommend the "one time" purchase option to experience the product and return if needed.
  • Gift cards
  • "Final Sale" products (indicated on the product page)
  • Products purchased at a 40% or more discount

Refunds versus Store Credit
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Alternatively, you can return your products for store credit, which includes a bonus $5 to use on your next order. (Limit of one $5 bonus issued per order.)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any shipping charges that were paid on the original order are excluded from your refund or credit amount.

Amazon Purchases
To ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers, we partner exclusively with one Amazon seller, FortressBrand. If you purchased your Indie Lee product on Amazon and wish to return, please submit your return request via Amazon. If the item is not returnable via Amazon, we offer a 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee with proof of purchase from FortressBrand.

Indie Lee reserves the right to determine return eligibility.
