"Anytime I’ve bought a body scrub. It has a small paddle to use to scoop it out or was easily to scoop out with your fingers. Not this one! It’s hard like a rock and not even a spoon or knife frees it up easily. I won’t be placing another purchase of this or any of their products."

- I love the scrub.. but miss the spatula and everytime I have ordered it.. it's either not a full jar and the latest one got hard as a rock.. had to add coconut oil and stir it up.

The spatula was eliminated from the packaging a while back, but I'll be happy to pass your feedback along to our product development team. Regarding the fill level, please note that the jar will not be filled to the very top, per standard filling procedures, but the amount of scrub inside is the weight noted on the packaging (226.8 g). So rest assured you haven't been shorted! We always recommend using products within 6 months after opening for the best experience. I see that you haven't ordered from us since June 2022, so if your current jar has been opened since then, the contents may be hardening due to air exposure. Gently warming the scrub by placing the jar in a hot water bath can help to improve the consistency. - Where is the scooper for the body scrub. I love the scrub but it needs the scooper
- Hi there! Our Coconut Citrus Body Scrub no longer comes with a spatula. We have refined the formula to minimize the need for stirring, so you're free to scoop the product out by hand and enjoy!
- Can this be used as a scalp scrub?
- Yes it can. There is no need to rub vigorously. Apply and rub gently on scalp in shower before rinsing it off completely.
- Do you use this before or after you wash your body?
- You could use the Coconut Citrus Scrub either before or after washing your body, but we would recommend using it after washing your body so you can take benefit from the moisturizing oils in the product for as long as possible.
