Q&A
- When I apply the color balancer to my face after warming it up in my my hands, the product starts to clump into eraser-like shavings. Even after I left it dry and then put on my foundation, it still does it. I've tried several application methods but this is a persistent problem. Can you please recommend how to use the product to avoid "shavings"?

Pilling can happen with certain product combinations, depending on their ingredients (like an "oil and water" incompatibility). If it's pilling immediately upon application, there may be a clash with a product you're applying prior (serum, oil, moisturizer, SPF?). - Color Balancer is intended to be a "bridge" between your skin care and makeup products, so we would suggest applying it after moisturizer or SPF and before primer. Allow a few minutes for it to set before applying other products. Hope that helps!
