NOTE:  If you are struggling to get your product to pump, don't worry, it’s not broken! Activating the pump may require pressing down several times before it begins to dispense. This product uses an airless pump to advance the product (there is no straw inside). This not only preserves the integrity of the product but also eliminates product waste that typically occurs in conventional pumps.
