Shipping

Domestic Orders

Once your order is received by our warehouse, please allow up to two days for processing. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed the following business day. For Domestic orders less than $50 we offer flat rate $7.50 shipping. Domestic orders of $50 or more are shipped free of charge. Depending on the distance your package must travel to reach you, it can take between 2 to 10 days door to door using FedEx SmartPost.

If you simply can't wait to have your products, we offer expedited 2nd day shipping via FedEx for $15 - no matter the distance your order travels in the US or how large it is. Note, 2 day shipping is from when the order leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed.

Since we love communicating with you, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is in route.

International Shipping

Depending on how far your order is traveling, International orders may take up to two weeks for delivery (i.e., customs processing takes time).

Does Indielee.com ship to P.O. Boxes?

Absolutely.

Returns

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your products to us within 30 days of purchase. Once the return has been received and processed, we will provide a product refund. Shipping cost is not covered for refunds. Please ship all returns to: Indie Lee Returns, 2 International Drive, Suite 150, Port Chester NY, 10573.

Note: Any product purchased with a 30% or more discount is considered final sale.

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be applied to credit card used to place your original order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your card.

Indie Lee & Co. only accepts returns from indielee.com. If you purchased our products from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for assistance.

Placing an Order

How do I order online?

  1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, choose “add to cart.”
  2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on “continue shopping” or “checkout.”
  3. When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”.
  4. We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.

What credit cards do you accept?

Indie Lee & Co. accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Please note we do not accept checks or money orders.

The product I want is out of stock, what happens now?

If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items only and notify you of any products that cannot be fulfilled. Currently, we do not offer “back orders” for products that are not available at the time your order is placed.

I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

Please send an email to customerservice@indielee.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
